AI Technologies at Technology Services provides a growing suite of supported tools and services that enhance Fresno State’s AI Initiative. These applications aim to strengthen administrative, technological, and operational systems. Technology Services delivers not only these AI applications but also the technical expertise, implementation support, and user training needed to ensure their effective use across campus. By working closely with campus stakeholders, we enable the seamless integration of AI technologies that enhance efficiency, elevate user experiences, and foster an ethically driven, forward-thinking environment. All AI solutions supported by Technology Services are developed and implemented in alignment with campus guidelines, ensuring their responsible, secure, and transformative use.

AI Tools Self-Service Portal

Technology Services is proud to launch the AI Tools Self-Service Portal to enable just-in-time access provisioning for supported AI tools based on your user entitlements and license availability. This streamlined approach ensures timely, secure, and efficient access to AI technologies, empowering users to explore, experiment, and innovate in alignment with their roles and responsibilities across the university.

Students: To access AI tools, you are required to accept the Student Terms and Conditions for Use of Generative AI Tools & Solutions in your MyFresnoState Portal.
